So far I am playing from the start , while I am in what considered poor area spawning and resources wise , I managed to have all the relevant attackers and defenders except for one .... the elusive lapras , so niantic you better get me one in this ice event or else ......
Lol just jk please RNG gods I want a lapras and double ice if it is not a trouble , who else don't have a lapras yet ?

Well. I got my first lapras on the water event. It was wild CP 100. Long time from when I started playing

Then only 1 from Egg. Yeah 88% with Double Ice. Jewell kid. But I didn't power up as I wanted to use for prestige against Dragonite.

So if you are playing from the start you have to wait.

I got my first Lapras at level 35. They don't exist here and are very rare to hatch.

I too have no lapras neither does my dad and my brother just hatched one and it was wg/hp :-(
