Spawn points
Hey guys could u confirm or correct me in these few facts please?
• spawn points are always in the same place unless an update removes or adds some
• 1 - 2 pokemon can spawn in the same point within an hour (maybe more? never seen it happen tho)
• no multiple pokemon at the same time in the same point (should be 2 points or more rly close together)
• spawns occur precisely at the same minute/s mark every hour ( or does it have a chance to spawn something every x minutes)
• spawns always stay up for 15 minutes before despawn ( Or 30 minutes or maybe every spawn has a chance from time to time to despawn depending on species or rarity up until a maximum up time and with a minimum one too?)
• possible spawn list is determined by geographic features and odds of which one will appears is influenced to some extent by weather conditions

To the best of my knowledge:
• spawn points are always in the same place unless an update removes or adds some
---Yes they appear to be in the same place between updates.
• 1 - 2 pokemon can spawn in the same point within an hour (maybe more? never seen it happen tho)
All spawns are 30-60 minutes.
• no multiple pokemon at the same time in the same point (should be 2 points or more rly close together)
----No multiples can spawn at least among the less common ones. It is hard to define whether points are one or two when they are so close though. SO I'm not sure we can be 100% sure of this in all cases.
• spawns occur precisely at the same minute/s mark every hour ( or does it have a chance to spawn something every x minutes)
-----You mean at 30 or 60 depending? Yes.
• spawns always stay up for 15 minutes before despawn ( Or 30 minutes or maybe every spawn has a chance from time to time to despawn depending on species or rarity up until a maximum up time and with a minimum one too?)
---It's either 30 or 60 minutes.
• possible spawn list is determined by geographic features and odds of which one will appears is influenced to some extent by weather conditions
---There is more at play than just biomes. There appear to be points that can spawn more rare species. There are more things than just biome at play and how they all work together to determine what spawns is still a mystery. For example lets say the regional designation is grass. Then let's say there is also a water component in the area. Then let's add a feature from OSM like breakwater. Now, in the setting above you will see Dratini on occasion. If you add another component like say sub grass for ice or rock you may get a Lapras. maybe not on the same rarity level though as the underlying rarity setting seems to have a major role. It is so very very complicated and does not appear to get much less so even as more research is done. I've seen no solid connection to weather though.
