Any worth a power up?

I'm leaning no on all of them. So far I have only powered up 4 guys: Exeggutor (100% IV with confusion and solar beam), Arcanine (91% IV with bite and fire blast), 2x Vaporeons (both IV 89% one with water pulse the other hydro pump). I dont get much dust and only have 160k, so I dont mind holding off, just want to make sure Im not missing anything with these guys...

1 Lapras, CP: 1666, IV:78%,

Moveset: Frost breath/Dragon Pulse

2 Snorlax, CP: 1538, IV:33-38%,

Moveset: Lick/Body Slam

3 Blastoise, CP: 1446, IV:96%,

Moveset: Bite/Flash Cannon

4 Victreebel, CP: 1423, IV:91%,

Moveset: Acid/Sludge Bomb

5 Vileplume, CP: 1420, IV:98%,

Moveset: Acid/Solar Beam

6 Vileplume, CP: 1406, IV:91%,

Moveset: Razor Leaf/Moonblast

7 Venasaur, CP: 1394, IV:98%,

Moveset: Vine Whip/Sludge Bomb

8 Vaporeon, CP: 963, IV:98%,

Moveset: Water Gun/Water Pulse

9 Snorlax, CP: 846, IV:44%,

Moveset: Lick/Hyper Beam

10 Lapras, CP: 637, IV: 67-73%,

Moveset: Frost Breath/Blizzard

Not really missing out on anything. Gym attacking is easy enough and your currently powered pokemon give you enough coverage. Those top 2 Snorlax and Lapras are usable in their current state as neutral / Dragonite attackers respectively.

Funny I think I have 8-9 of basically the exact same mons with very similar IV's. The only mon I would power up would be the last but not the least lucky #10. Not to max but to around 1100 cp and use it as a trainer against Dragonite and Eggs. Obviously that is gonna be vastly superior to any cloyster or dewgong of similar CP.

I'd power up that Vensasaur. Great IV/moveset.

Sludge Bomb is worse than Petal Blizzard if you assume that you're going to use Venusaur to attack into Water types and therefore get super effective damage from grass moves. You're unlikely to use a Venusaur as a neutral attacker as there's better options.

I prefer the diversity honestly, and it means you can use it as a defender from time to time. You'd be fine just using the quick move in that case.

Vine Whip isn't useful on defense, and Sludge Bomb still does more DPS than the quick moves, but it's still worse than the other charge moves.

More damage from Razor Leaf makes more of a difference than the extra damage from Sludge Bomb over Petal Blizzard or Solar Beam.

It's not diverse it's just worse. It basically excels at nothing. There's better neutral attackers and it's not good at the niche that grass pokemon are used for, fighting water pokemon.

It will be good if you hatch a new snorlax, which has a high IV.

1, #2 are useful as is for gym levelling. #10 has great moves, but candy is hard to get for Lapras: so a bit of long term investment unless Niantic have another 4x candy event for your buddy... I never power up Vap any more - eevees so common you should easily get a better one: send #8 to the Prof! Same with #6, #3 and prob #4. Solar beam is always fun when levelling against high CP Vaps, but a Razor leaf/Solar beam would be a better combo for that than #6.
