Blissey 14/15/10
Should I max it as defender in gyms, it has crappy moveset pound and hyper beam, my other blisey 15/15/14 has pound and dazzling gleam, already maxed out cp for 33 lvl. I have 2 more chansey's to evolve 84 and 87 iv...

I wouldn't power it up if your intention is to use it as a defender. P/HB Blissey really is not a great defender, and it definitely is not better than the next-best pokemon with the best moveset. The only thing Blissey with that moveset has going for it is that it takes a little longer to defeat, but a knowledgeable attacker will know with 100% certainty that he will defeat the Blissey, and he'll have a pretty good idea what the cost will be. It is just so predictable. A ZH/BS Snorlax, or an AT Vaporeon, or even a DT/O or DT/C Gyarados is much more likely to land some charge attacks that can screw up an attacker's plan.
As an attacker, the P/HB Blissey would be useful, but I wouldn't power it up past level 30 for that purpose. Personally, I'd take a shot at getting a great defensive moveset with one of the other Chanseys, or just hold onto your candies for a while.
My 3rd Blissey 13 13 13 iv got pound and dazzling gleam, same as my 1st blissey 15 15 14 (atk def sta), will max that one instead pound and hyper beam. Anyway machamp is ultra rare in my town and machops, machokes, only 2 people has machamps but everyone has dragonites and snorlaxes, could get zh and dg blissey but I'm happy she did not get pound psychic or zh psychic. I like pound more as a first move because everyone here is using dragonite, exeguttor, alakazam or espeon to take her out btw only 5 blisseys in town, 3 are mine :D.
i use p/hb blissey as a sweeper.
at 3000 CP it's amazing to see her at work.
even if the connection is really bad and you miss chargemoves.
(she has no visible neck ... i think she just shruggs it off)
with my usual teammate we rarely need more than just a blissey and a decent dragon each to go through any gym in town.
it's doesn't feel clever like picking a team along the weaknesses of the defending line but it works.
