4 weeks of eggs since the egg event ended. RNG be damned!
In the 4 weeks since the egg event ended, here is what I've gotten:
hatched and replaced 119 eggs
4 - 10K (3,3%)
18 - 2K (15.1%)
97 - 5K (81.5%)
Percentages have been rounded.
It's frustrating to only get 5K eggs and to keep hatching the exact same thing all the time, even if some of them are cosidered rare. I have 9 - 5K eggs in stock right now. Picked up 5 out of 5 this morning.
I have decided to stop buying incubators for 5K eggs. I only collect 3 - 6 gyms a day, and I spend an average of 125 coins per day on incubators. Over the last 4 weeks, I've spent $40 on coins for incubators for 5K eggs alone. It's not worth it.
I'll hatch using the 4 incubators that I currently have left. I'll only use the infinite incubator from then on. I won't buy any more until I have at least 3 10K eggs in my inventory.

My advice, save your coins and your money for breeding, at this point hatching eggs is useless, just a dust generator nothing more, but a 10k gives around 2.5-3k dust, that is not an insane amunt at all...Also you can use your gyms coins in case you get like 8/9x10km eggs.
Hatches are completely awful, but if people keeps buying incubators like crazy they have no reason to change the system. We keep wondering why Mantine, Pineco, Gligar, etc...are still in 10k eggs, the answer is pretty easy, they are still making a lot of money from incubators, not near as much as some months ago or during events, but enough to not worry about the awful hatches.
I have gotten a LOT more 2km eggs since the event ended and a lot fewer 10km and 5km eggs. Before the event I actually got quite a few 10km eggs, but also a ton of 5km eggs. I often had to use my infinite on 5km eggs since I had no 2km eggs. Not so since the event, where I have been swarmed with 2km eggs.
incubators are bad value for money if you are turning over 2-5 km eggs to get an extra 10 km
just say you are getting the average of 1/8 so including the 10km hatch you have to spend say 50c per egg that's $4 per hatch only ~ 40% chance of getting something ok $8 per mon and half of those will have unworthy cp's so you are paying $8 for say 25 dratini candi and a chance at a good mon so that is $40 for a +90% dragonite with random moves.
currently I am getting about 1/20 10km eggs so it would be $100 for the same. that's BS.
