Around here, I found out that Pokémon like Sunkern and Natu have increased their spawn rates, not yet to the newest nest migration.

This is part of Niantics new anti-spoofer's strategy. Trainers with a color in their trainer-name (So as 333-blue) only get Sunkern and Natu instead of rare pokemon.
Niantic does so to punish those players, because they are suspected to have a secondary shaving account (so as 333-yellow)
They don't only check trainer names, they use big data analysis to find matching gamepress-accounts too.
