Venusaur / Victreebel

A/Sob victreebell works just fine as far as your venusaur sorry mate you got the worst possible moveset.

I have a razor leaf sludge bomb Venusaur and he wrecks face and tanks everything. I powered him up to 30 and I love it. I would probably like double grass better but it's still really good.

I have a VW/Sludge Venusaur and it does pretty well against Vaporeons. Sure Sludge Bomb isn't super effective but it still packs a punch. Its neutral DPS is still pretty good.

It suffers vs Rhydons with poison moves being resisted, but you can use a Vaporeon instead against them, or Exeggutor which also resists ground moves.

If you need a grass type Rhydon counter, neither of them is for you. But if you'replanning on using them mainly against Vaporeons they're still really good.

I like all of both venusaur's and victrebel's movesets

Acid/SoB is the best generalist moveset, and performs still not bad against Vaporeon.

Since launch, I've evolved ONE optimal grass type, and that's an Exeggutor that doesn't even have a grass quick move!

No VW/SB Venusaur, no double grass Victreebel, Meganium, or Vileplume. And that's after evolving dozens of them and living in a dense grass biome. And I'm level 37.

It's maddening.
