Yay. Makes him SE vs Dragonite without Dragonite getting the same advantage. Also good for Kingdra... ice pokemon still best for Dragonite though.

Good generalist moveset overall, nice set.

I myself have Bite/Outrage and use him for battles in which I don't have the ideal counter. DT/Outrage is even better.

I have evolved 3 with that moveset before I evolved my first with hydropump. One of them was 95% IV and is now maxed out at CP 3008.
It's a good Dragonite counter, but make sure you time your Outrages correctly, as I've been hit by 3x Dragon Claws in a row when using Outrage.

I have two Gyarados DT/O. One is 3104 and the other is 3097. Both have been in gyms for a month now, so I say "Yay."

I can assure you that the reason they've been in gyms for a month is by my the virtue of their cp alone, not their move sets. A level 25 jolteon can take each one out in about 25 seconds. My 98% Gary with bite and twister stayed in a gym for a month and a half and that was before they buffed twister, but that's because he sat above three snorlaxes.
