The problem is i have a Dratini at 427, and a Dragonair at 536.
Should i evoulve the Dratini or wait to i get 100 Dratini candy and evoulve the Dragonair?

Answers
I'd wait until you have enough candies to evolve a dragonite, then find a dratini/dragonair at that point with the best IV's, and evolve it to a dragonair followed by dragonite when you have the extra 25 candies, or straight to a dragonite if you then a dragonite after. Whichever has the best IV's and best starting level.
