Bellosom
I just caught this Oddish in the wild then evolved. Any use for her? I didn't think about it prior to evo but I think it overshot it's prestige range.

She has a better stat distribution than Tangela does for prestiging.
Whats with the hate for Leaf Blade above? It's basically the definition of an optimal prestiging charge move.
The only thing that Tangela has on Bell for prestiging is Vine Whip.
Whether a RL/LB Bell is a bit better or worse than a VW/GK Tangela, I don't know.
I have a Bellossom with RL/LB that is at a great CP level for prestiging. I also have both a RL/SoB and a BS/SoB Sunflora in prestige range. I find the Sunfloras to be way more useful and effective.
I don't understand what you mean about LB being a great prestiging charge move. It seems like a good defensive move, but Bellossom has no use as a defender.
For grass moves in particular I think PW on Tangela is better, but I still think Solar Beam on Fury Cutter Parasect is way better than Leaf Blade (on anything) in all but a couple of specialist matchups. FC charges SB so fast and you then get 180 damage per use (plus STAB). Yeah you miss one complete dodge cycle, so against Vaporeon with water pulse or aqua tail you can sometimes get caught out, but against hydropump Vape or Rhydon with any moveset (#1 ideal target for grass moves anyway) its very safe because they only have single bar moves, There's no denying the hard hitting power of SB for fast takedown. I sometimes get through 1.5 Rhydons per (CP 1350) Parasect.
