Input on my new grass types

I got three Exeggutors:

44% 1837 CP Extrasensory/Solar Beam - Excited about the moveset although somewhat underwhelmed by the IV, it calculates he has 9 attack though. Caught him this way, wouldn't have evolved a 44%.

85% 2042 CP Bullet Seed/Psychic - Not sure if really that useful, but great IV.

68% 2133 CP Bullet Seed/Seed Bomb - I like its double grass typing but it seems being SE may not make up for the lack of damage over other two. Maybe could use for defense?

For the record I already own an 89% Confusion/Seed Bomb Exeggutor.

Sunflora - 65% 1492 CP Razor Leaf/Solar Beam - Seems like it could be a great prestiger but I don't know much about this pokemon.

Meganium - 83% 1450 CP Vine Whip/Petal Blizzard - seems decent enough, but Sunflora might be better?

Venusaur - 69% 1977 CP (I powered it up) Razor Leaf/Solar Beam - I couldn't resist powering it up, was drooling over the moveset.

Any tips or thoughts you have on these guys would be great! My grass type knowledge is pretty limited, I live in a desert area with very few grass types, had to walk a lot to get previous Exeggutor.
