Machamp with Counter and Close Combat should I power up him to max? Machops are ultra rare in my town, got only 2nd Machamp now and I'm playing this game every day since it came out. How in the world is possible that best moveset for attacker Machamp is Counter and Dynamic Punch (which is slower and have so much lower DPS and True DPS on this page and all other pages then Close Combat) I prefer Counter (building energy fast and then using charge move CC so I can charge it again fast with Counter) I mean DP is 2 bar charge move which is 5.4 sec in total, 2 CC is 4.6 sec in total???

Bullet Punch actually generates energy quite faster!

True but so much lower DPS and no STAB, can't rape Blissey, Snorlax etc that's why it sux big time...

Yeah, although I prefer moves that generate energy fast, that doesn't worth it for its low total damage output, still useful against Hyper Beam Blisseys, though. It is possible to fit 2 CCs.

yes he is great I have one(much lower iv) and he works amazing I have always been a big fan of 1 bar charge moves.

Me to for attacking, for defending I always like 2-3 charge bar moves more, with CC after I use it I can spam counter and care to dodge easy but with DP x2 that's 0.8 sec slower then x2 CC and could got hit hard by gym defender...

Yes, do it! I got one with 93 IV powered to 2.7k and it's my first choice to kill Blissey. It can manage 1 Blissey and half of the next one (you have to dodge some quick attacks). I think DP is better just because you can spam it safer, with CC you struggle with those with DG (and because of that damn glitch)!

I'd be happy with that moveset! I'm still trying after 4 evolved and still no two fighting movesets.. Iv given up now as nest has gone and Machop is so rare here. So count yourself lucky

DPS on a charge move is just a bad metric by which to measure it's usefulness.

C/Cc Machamp is worthy of dust...I have 2 and use them regularly.
I am still hunting for C/Dp
