Either of the dynamic punch combos is the best because fighting is super effective against Blissey and Snorlax, and 1.56 against Tyranitur. Those are three of the best defenders.

Depends very much on what you intend to attack. And whether its a friendly or enemy gym. As an outright attacker, the 'wrath has fallen off the perch a bit with the move and CP reworks. The water moveset versions are always outclassed at equal level and IV by Vaporeon and other water types (even Feraligatr). With fighting moves you would need to power it up to insane levels to get a high enough damage output to use as an efficient attacker against the likes of high CP Blissey/Snorlax, which he ought to otherwise excel at with RS/DP (given STAB). You would be better off with Machamp. But as a niche prestiger against the mid-low CP Blissey, or high CP Snorlax it is really excellent (probably the best anti-blissey prestiger) with that moveset, at levels around 23-27 (i.e. the 3500 to 4000 candy or 1500-1600 CP range). This is enough to get 600-800 prestige per round depending on the Blissey level of course. You would be advised to back it up with a second suitable mon (e.g. a good disposable furret) because in that role you are better off only dodging charge moves to avoid timeouts and although its tanky, it may not go the distance.

Thanks for the in depth review!! Yes I currently have 100% C/DP machamp (my beast for blissey/snorlax) poliwrath would just be a prestige for lower cp thank yooou

By the way I have one with DP at 1600 CP and another (higher Cp ~1700) with the legacy Bubble/Submission moveset: I actually prefer the latter against dazzling gleam Blissey, because the charge move is usually quick enough to get in as soon as they use DG, and still have time to dodge even if another DG comes immediately. With Dynamic punch although you do more damage per use, I often end up getting taken down by successive dazzling gleams, especially towards the end of a battle (and if you can win at all against Blissey without swapping out to a second prestiger, its usually around 80 seconds...). And Bubble charges the charge move really quickly so you get lots of opportunities to use submission.

For an interesting perspective on him as a prestiger, check out this Pokebattler article:

Thats a great article. But IMHO, if you want to prestige Blissey (one of Poliwrath's greatest strengths) you need the CP to be around 1600-1700 to be effective, which of course limits your maximum prestige to <1000 (which I'm fine with against gyms with Blissey at the bottom, which are a pain to prestige against). But that means that his CP will be on the high side to be useful then in other roles. I do have one also with bubble/DP at CP 1370, and it is also a great prestiger, but at 116 HP, its a bit heavy on potions so in generalist roles (e.g. against Rhydon) I much prefer solar beam parasects, which get the job done quicker and can be healed with a max of 2x super potions.

I am gonna go with the RS/DP because like somebody else said SE against alot of big defenders like blissey, snorlax, tyranitar, lapras. Also he is the bulkiest fighting type by a bit.

I'll add that a fighting moves Poliwrath will be useful for Laprases should he find his way back into gyms one day. Not great but Machamps are very hard for some of use to come by and he resists and hits effectively.
