CP With Equalized Stats (Legendary)
Since rumors are circulating about legendaries finally being put into the game in the next few months I figured I would make another post showing what their CP would look like with equalized stat weights including all non-legendaries that would score higher than at least one legendary. I know that this representation of combat effectiveness isn't perfect either and I don't necessarily think thee needs to be a CP rework but I think it's worth looking at. It's also worth noting that a perfectly accurate representation of combat power would weigh STA<ATK<DEF due to the fact that high STA low DEF mons can charge their charged move bars faster than other mons and survive long enough to take advantage of them, while low STA high DEF mons will survive as long but not get as much of their bars charged resulting in less DPS.
Anyway, here's the list:
1. Ho-oh (4593.183)
2. Blissey (4360.635)
3. Mewtwo (4103.278)
4. Lugia (3959.247)
5. Snorlax (3641.752)
6. Tyranitar (3450.161)
7. Dragonite (3242.788)
8. Rhydon (3234.626)
9. Entei (3218.857)
10. Vaporeon (3203.66)
11. Raikou (3132.66)
12. Gyarados (3080.365)
13. Mew (3067.69)
13. Celebi (3067.69)
15. Articuno (3024.69)
16. Zapdos (3015.68)
17. Suicune (2991.47)
18. Moltres (2910.276)

i agree if blissey will turn 4k. you cant see any pokemon in the gyms other than blissey which is harder to battle with. right now the game is balance we always see dragonites tyranitars in gyms make the gyms easy to battle with especially when solo gym battle but with all bliisey around the gyms GAME OVER
I agree that Niantic should completely remove CP, it is not an effective way to measure the mon power. But what are the options? How they gonna make gym placement without cp? By level? By defensive stats? I really hope they are studying all the options closely so the new gym system does not make it even easier for cheaters/spoofers and allows all level players to get in, fight and earn rewards.
I don't know if they intend to implement it but I have also read/listen that they want to make the trainer "pay" an upkeep to each mon they have in gyms, like go there and feed the mon with candy or berries...This kind of thing only benefits cheaters too, I am concerned about this gym rework, hope they actually improve it and not make it even harder for legal players.
