Which Dratini to power up?
Ok, I'm in a bit of a big question mark on this one...
I caught a lvl 29 dratini that is 86.7% IV (not much would be needed to max out, about 40ish candies for this one to max @ my current level), but I have one that is 95.6%, but it will require 98 candies to FULLY power up after evolving IN ADDITION to the 125 needed to go to tini/air/nite (and I can't quite evolve either to a dragonite yet).
Should I go with the one that is nearly maxed out, or the higher IV one?

Evolve and power up both...
If you don't have enough gym defenders for now and the 86.7% is decent enough at your level for a gym, do that one first.
Walk the other for more candies and power up in a few months...
It's nice to at least have mons which can/will be powered up. I probably wouldn't mind getting a level 1 Eevee which evolves into a Vaporeon and I'd probably still burn 200k+ dust just to sit it in a gym.
Lack of defenders makes you do silly things (near 900k dust now).
I have a few defenders, but looking for new ones. I'm just being a bit more precise with what I plan on using to power up and evolve. I don't have anywhere near enough candy to think of powering up the higher IV dratini.
Heh, I'm gonna bite the bullet and pour all the candies I have into the 1 blissey I have that is 97%. Then I have A LOT more walking
to to so I can evolve #2, AND power up (it's a TON of walking which blows....)
