It comes down to what you prefer to use more than anything.

ES is better. Both moves have the same damage and duration but ES gives 12 energy per use while ZH gives 10.

Does this even need a question? Both moves have the same cooldown time and power, ZH charges 10 EPA, Extrasensory charges 12 EPA.

EPA = Energy Per Attack

I only have a ZH/SoB one and it is my main attacker. I can only imagine how good a ES/SoB would be.

some moves are easier to dodge with though so it might change things.. conf is not that easy to dodge with for instance and I have to often work with dodging every other attack or loose dps (and hence take more damage).

on the presumption that faster moves tend to be easier to dodge with and slower moves often work better with gym defense mechanics you would say ES should have the edge in attack and ZH may have it in defense.
