91% Donphan vs 100% phanpy

I have a 91% Donphan with C/EQ (best attack move) at cp 2082 and also have a 100% phanpy. With 63 candies should I bring my current to level 30 or higher or evolve 100%. Obviously I already have a great moveset so I am leaning that way.

Simply power up both, use the 91% IV one to attack into Tyranitars, and use the 100% IV one on gym defense, regardless of its moveset just because it is 100%.

100% got C/HS bummer I really wanted one with play rough l already have another 89% with C/HS

At least it's not T/HS I always get.

I'd put 100% one in gyms to mix it up

Unless they rework gyms it's unfortunately irrelevant for me I'll use just to attack I love him but my gym scene lowest mon is 2900-3000 I'm level 34 even max now would be just over 2800 would be sniped out by my own team in under 2 days
