Evolve or Wait?

So I have been waiting for about 3 months to get a venusaur and boom this grass event hits so now my question is evolve this 78% iv 692 cp bulbasaur or wait for another one with 650+ cp(due to lack of dust) and higher ivs(above 80) Now this probably wont happen due to the very specific criterea but I figured ask here and the answer will reveal itself.

Wait a few more days and see if you get a better one by the end of the event. If not, Mr. Good Enough it is.

Wait for a better one. Remember you can get out of 2 eggs. I have 2 from eggs over 90%.

from eggs cp is too low

It's a prestiging mon. It is supposed to be low. Hatching gives more candy and you have the event so power up if you want

Dust is my problem also I want him as an attacker to go with my vileplume and eggs because for prestigers i have victree bell sunflora and hopefully soon tangela and meganium

Wait till end of event then choose. Agree with ones from eggs are to low cp. I have a 788cp one tho with 80% Iv already so you can most likely get a better one from this event

I agree wait and then pick. I caught a 54 IV around with good moves at level 29 or 30 during the starter event. It works perfectly fine for its purpose (around 2000 cp). I have yet to even evolve one.

That's a fine Bulbasaur to evolve for attacking.Hold off until the end of the event so you aren't kicking yourself though. Good luck, hope you get SoB.
