Shiney Bulbasaur?

Reversal on his youtube channel speculated a possible rumor that this event might have shiney bulbasaurs. Other people were speculating because Magikarp and Gyarados were on the front page of the water event announcement and they were introduced as shiney.

Bulbasaur was on the front page of the grass event announcement.

Anything to this? Pure speculation but that would be awesome if true.

Does it make sense for only a bulbasaur to be shiny?

Majikarp? Yes, I understand, because Gyrados was the first shiny introduced in the game series.

They have said they want to have more shineys out there and the first one was released during the water event. Some poke has to be the second....
