New strategy for gyms?
What do you guys and girls think about this for battling in Pokémon Go:
Neutral gyms for awards -> 1 Pokécoin and 250 EXP for each pokémon defeated. Battle only once a day and 10 gyms per day. And in those gyms 10 mons of different types, so it's challenging. That way even beginners can battle and get rewards. And the big players can still get their rewards, without the gym being hogged.
Teamgyms for training -> Gain 100 EXP and 100 stardust per pokémon defeated, also limited. And who knows, at a later stage, even train for new moves, upgrade stats,etc...
And every gym (or only teamgyms) get the CP adjusted to the attacker's CP.
This way you still need to go outside and play, like Niantic is wishing to achieve. And I believe this will encourage newbies to start playing or put more effort in playing.

I would personally like it very much if there were two types of gym. A regular one where you train your strongest PKs and another one where you can only train, battle and defend the weaker pokemons that never get a place in regular gym (like bugs and other less fortunate types). I'd be good if there were two types of rewards for defending a high level gym and a low level gym and perhaps the shop could be improved with more items to buy.
