All planets aligning - which one to walk?
So, just to prove one can be lucky, today was a good day. I´ve had my share of bad evolves, Machamp, Blastoise, Gary, to mention a few.
My lucky mon is obviously T-rex. Evoled my first 1-2 months ago after a long walk, and it got B/SE. Maxed it at CP 3213, lvl 32,5, 87% and it´s brought me a lot of coins. Easter event was really lucky with 4 Larvitars hatched out of 8 10k-eggs and today was the day for the next T-rex. Guess what, IT/C!! CP 2570, Lvl ~25, 87%.
Today was also the day I walked the 50th candy for Blissey, but unfortunately no reasonable Chansey in possession. I also have a Snorlax, CP 2818, L/BS, 87% that also needs 15-20 candies more atm.
So which one to walk? T-rex needs ~70 candies to reach 32,5, Snorlax 15-20 and Blissey I don´t know.
In 9 months I´ve hatched 0 Chansey, 0 Snorlax and 6 Larvitars. Mu gut feeling is to continue with the Chansey, but I really like my Snorlax and it needs some extra CP to be competitive . T-Rex IT/C would be a gamble with gym make-over coming up.

I would walk Snorlax for now since a bird in the hand is worth more than 2 in the bush...
Since there is no telling when a good Chancey is hatching, go and walk and use what you have now instead of walking a possible future decent IV Chancey that may or may not come soon.
It's also good to diversify powerup/defenders so having a maxed T-rex, a Snorlax, then a Chancey is better than 2 T-rexes, etc...
Unlike others, even with the gym rework coming, I don't plan to hesitate to max out a mon once I get a decent IV one since I still need defenders (up to 12 or so).
Problem is always finding and more likely just hatching anything usable...Over 850k dust now and it keeps building up. Nothing to spend it on currently.
