Dragonite Moveset?

So I have a 97% iv lvl 20 489 cp Dratini I have 92 candies and two other that I can transfer if needed. So recently I got 2 10k eggs and if they both hatch Dratini I can evolve so I figured why not ask what movesets do you think I should power up(I am personally hoping for DT/HU)but what other movesets do you think would be good to power up.[I am lvl 29, Dratini never spawns where I live so reroll is not an option the ivs are 14hp/15at/15de]

When evolved he will be a little over 2000 cp but I will be able to power him up to almost 3100 cp.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch :)

The RNG gods may bless your 97% dratini with SW\HB and then you're left with no candy to evolve another and none with good IVs.

Yeah, I'd go into it with zero expectations other than fulfilling a Pokedex entry.

I made that mistake recently with a Tyranitar. Only seen two Larvitar, one hatched, one wild. The hatched was a 97% one, which I walked for 465KM, and the anticipation was high almost the entire way. What did I get? Iron Tail/Fire Blast. :/ I was pissed. Still haven't decided what to do about him.

You're jumping the gun a bit quick here.. you don't have enough candies to power him once you evolve. And that's IF you hatch more dratinis. Since reroll isn't an option , I would probably power him regardless of his moveset.

Since rerolling is not an option, you should power up whatever you evolve. But you should hope for and be especially happy with either Dragon Tail/Outrage or Dragon Tail/Hurricane.

Yes I know that this question is early but I was just courious, also since I dont want him as a defender what moveset would be worth powering up?

You can power up any moveset that has 2 STAB moves.

But what puts a huge smile on my face is that you are asking the question without a dragonite, and without knowing what moveset you will get. Its the equivalent of spending your first expected paycheck when you just got the call to attend the first round interview for a job.

Funny someone posted this....just evolved my first 97 dratini and got se/hb...was from 10k egg during Easter event. Have evolved 5 dragonites since move changes and received sw all but 1 dt/hb lol...live in water biome and hatch a lot of eggs so feel will hit sooner or later
