Your 2nd highest # of catches?

Almost everyone has Pidgey as their highest # of catches, but what is your second highest?
Mine is Eevee at 1427.... and I stopped catching low level Eevee back in December. Almost 1000 that I've walked away from.

The rat

Rattata at 3996 caught, which is why I've gotten the medal for tiny rattata a lot earlier than most people I guess.

with all those pidgey and rat catches, how many Dittos have you caught?

The only reason I still catch pidgey and rat is the find more Ditto.

What do you want with them? I'm already pissed when I get another Ditto, no usable candy for XP.

I'm trying to get 1000 candy for as many mons as I can.
I have around 250 ditto candy, getting 1000 means still having to catch pidgey, rat, bat, etc. even though I already have 1000 candy for those mons.

Magikarp for me, with Rattata a close 3rd.

Eevee is definitely in the top 10, probably even top 5 if I could be bothered to go through the list properly.

Magikarp just shy of 600. Have two shinies to show for it!

Magikarp is my #1 at 3873 caught, 4 shiny. I'm still catching because I want to find that 100% iv magikarp.

Dang... where do you live? That's 13 karp a day if you played since July 6th.

I bicycle commute 10 miles each way on the Bay Trail which is along to the East Bay side of San Francisco Bay.
I have my phone mounted on my handle bars. Those karps are everywhere and easy to catch with a first throw red ball, so they are my XP favorites to catch.

But you'll need luck to make it evolve it into something good too, mine got Bite/ Dragon Pulse...not the best

In the early days of playing I was not appraising each mon. I easily could have transferred a 100%. Now I check each and every magikarp, just because I want one.

Good point, I was likely going to transfer the unsuspecting fish as it was 75CP, 15HP and 1000 to power up (the numbers are changed now due to CP rework), until I ran it through the IV spreadsheet to see 100%-100%, and was in shock. Now it's my highest CP pokemon :)

Funny. That's more pidgeys than total mons caught at lvl 35 for me.

Total pokemon caught according to the medals for me is 31,000

You caught 31,000 total and 10,000 Pidgey??? I caught 41,350 total and "only" 6,764 Pidgey, thought they were common here..

8,457 caught total, 2,674 pidgeys here.

sounds about right Level 35 is 6 million xp and Level 40 is 20 million xp.

I still haven't seen a single Swinub.

If you live in Europe and are thinking of travelling to London, then do so! (For leisure of course, don't come just for the swineub) They are everywhere here I swear. Too bad dratini are rare and larvitar non existent. However, in Gen 4 I will have a mamoswine army :)

I'm so jealous of those who played when Eevees were abundant. I started playing in february and I'm always chasing Eevees.

Anyway, without looking I would suspect Sentret, but I'll be right back!

The only other one above 300 is drowzee at 368 and most of that all in the first few months, i hardly ever see drowzee's anymore. I have another 4-5 in the mid to upper 200's

Eevee is my #1 with 1547, with Pidgey in close second at 1540. Then Weedle 794, Nidoran female 483, Nidoran male 478.

Mine is Pidgey 1.8k, Rattata 1.4k, then Paras at 934 .... dry biome.

I have caught more Eevee than anything else including Pidgey. Followed by Magikarp, Weedle, Nidoran (F), Nidoran (M), and Clefairy. There are many Gen2's that I ignore (spinarak and hoppip, I'm looking at you) but was surprised to see that Swinub and Murkrow were the top 2 in Gen2 with well over 100 of each. Nice question.

My highest is eevee at 2977 followed by pidgey at 2040.
I am still searching for 100IV eevee.

my 100% eevee was a hatch, other than that no wild 100s for me either. I do appraise all my eevee catches looking for a 100.
