Soft banned... Again

So I was at the airport in Jakarta and wanted to take down a gym. My GPS signal was going a bit crazy and I was going all over the place. Eventually I couldn't attack the gym because it gave an error so I tried to catch a poke and they all ran away. So I got soft banned. Had this a few weeks ago too. Does anybody has any tips to prevent this? Since I'm not trying to cheat at all...

You cant stop it if you change location too fast.

Spin the same pokestop 40 times and that should bring you back to normal.

Thanks for the advice. Is there a chance I get more troubles if this happens more often?

The best thing to do is to avoid spinning/catching/fighting in two distant locations in a short period. If you have some crazy drift, just avoid the temptation. This happens to me on the subway sometimes.

I was walking at an underground mall where the GPS signal is not good and it teleport me to and fro. I can't control it. Soon, I get soft banned. No items from pokestops, all pokemon run away. Niantic should have thought of better ways to soft ban people instead of just banning because it sees too many teleportation. Poor GPS signal can cause teleportation as well.
