How about Tyranitar?
In the main series, obviously it doesn't need advanced calculations, simply 0 DPS. But since immunities being a 0.8 multiplier in the current game, it still puts a lot of damage into Tyranitar.
Confusion/FS puts 12.020 DPS and ZH/FS puts 11.241 DPS to Tyranitar, compared to Flareon's FS/Overheat, 12.2 DPS. Also note that Tyranitar also resists fire moves, though there are always better options, most notably Counter/DP Machamps. This make Flareon a more useful evolution form of Eevee than Espeon, despite having lower CP.
Espeon, though, takes more damage from Lick Snorlaxes, and Flareon takes more damage from Earthquake Snorlaxes. As such, and other common match-ups, depending on the opponent, both are useful.
Next post, will be Donphan!

Well, he does not state it at all on the thread who is the attacker and the defender, I just thought about this way because Tyranitar is seen in almost all gyms while I don't ever see a Flareon or Espeon there. Anyway still don't understand the point of the thread, just saying weakness and dps you can see all those stats at this site, no need of saying that Tyranitar resists those damages at 0.8 ratio...
Also if the Eevee evolutions are the defenders no way Flareon is more useful than Espeon, being Vaporeon that common for everyone, the main mon almost all players power up first on their Pokémon Go career, and being water mons with WG/HP so common.
