Niantic finally remove the gym-player gps going away temporary ban??

I last got it a couple days ago.

It has reportedly been reduced from a 10 - 20 minute lockout to 3 - 5 minutes, from what I know.

I got one just this afternoon I'm not sure if the trick I tried was what did it or if it just wasted enough time, but I turned off gps, exited the app, waited a few seconds, turned both back on and got to attack the gym again.

I havent timed it but i think its 3 mins now
