Legendary birds

Will each team have its own legendary bird (ie Zapdos for team Instint, Moltres for Valor and Articuno for Mystic)? Or the 3 ones for every player? What do you think?

the most logical is that you can only catch the bird of your team, otherwise, why each team has a legendary bird as pet? But niantic is shit crazy, so anything can happen, even nothing.

My personal wish is not , am valor and the fire pokemons is not the best in this meta
Keep in mind that every one have the three birds no. In the Dex ( may be irrational reason ) but if every team get only one then no one will every complete the Dex
I would assume that in the start you will only catch your team bird in a quest or time frame kind of thing , may be later. Another event to catch others
Who knows what niantic thinking , they are the one that releasd a game about hunting with the worst most useless tracking system in any game I ever saw

In this game it will be Articuno

I wouldn't count on that , stats would be similar I would assume so typing is the king here zapdos will have edge over articuno and neutral on the other side

Zapdos is the best by far in my opinion (I'm mystic and saying this), as far as this game is concerned. Super effective against vaporeon, gyarados, neutral against dragonite, snorlax, blissey and tyranitar.

Only bad against Rhydon for the top 7.

For second place in attack, definitely articuno for the ice moves. It's a better lapras (save the steel weakness)

Articuno has arguably the worst typing on defense though. Yes I'm even saying this over Moltres who is weak to water (eyes on you vaporeon), but moltres getting wrecked by vaporeon in 30 seconds is better than getting articuno wrecked by Flareon in 20.

Moltres is very strong but every player has 50 flareons and 15 arcanine and maybe even 5 charizard by now. There's not much utility adding 'another fire attacker'.

Zapdos looks kick ass , I didn't play the game but always thought zapdos >molt>arch

As of right now all we know is there is going to be a legendary event this summer and supposedly there will be a limitation on putting them in gyms.

Lol why limit them in gyms? It's not like they will be stronger than most other main options out there now.

Well maybe not the 3 birds now but later on when other legendaries start getting released I bet the limit will make sense by then

I can see that but the birds? Seems pointless for them.

Well aside from zapdos the other 2 wont be a problem but this also limits other pokemon as well like having to many blisseys on gyms etc.

i hope not am mystic and would like a zapados a truly strong electric attacker may disrupt the water meta and may force a bit more variety. If it is isolated to instinct then it will be a huge advantage to them

Moltres - strong base on attack
zapdos - balance base on attack and stamina
articuno - tanker base on stamina
i want zapdos and yes all lagendary birds...

I truly hope it's specific to teams!! Team instinct needs all the help they can get! Also I honestly joined instinct over all the other "brands" because i thought they would release the birds based of the team you're on.

the problem is that although world wide instinct might be minority in many individual regions they might not be so giving a global advantage screw the game completely in some places

I'd say you'll be able to get all 3 cause like some have said, it let's players complete their pokedex. I've heard some suggestions that actually make sense is that players can catch all of them, but with the gym limitation being that you can only use your team's bird and there can only be one legendary per gym.
While I may not completely agree with all of that, it does make sense

Zapdos is definitely the best of the three. His electric/ flying typing is weak to rock and ice only. Strong ice mon like lapras and articuno would be weak to electric for one reason or another. Then that leaves moltres. Moltres flying typing is also weak to electric. Remember all three birds have the flying typing as well. So definitely zapdos on this meta. However articuno will wreck dragonite even worse than lapras does.
