IV calc

i got a message from Pokemon go for using 3rd party app. i used ivfly for iv check. I've uninstall it right away when I see that message.Bbut it's been 3 days now. Every time i log in to pogo the message keep popping up. I've changed my Google password the day I uninstalled ivfly. anyone know what else I need to do?

That's odd I've used poke genie for a while and I haven't gotten a message. Why do they even care? It's just a calculator

You will get this message if you are using your pokemon go account to log into a third party app that interacts with pokemon go.

Poke genie does not require login as it analyzes the pokemon from a picture.

Niantic cares because these apps checks all the IV at once, and some of them even evolves all the pokemon selected at once. It also accesses their servers

IMPORTANT: Check here https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove all the 3rd party apps you've granted access to your account data (you need to be logged into your PoGO account).

Yes. As I explained in another reply, you need to delete "Pokemon Go" from the permissions if it's in there. It's not for the game, but for IVFLY/IVSTATS.

IVFLY uses the name "Pokemon Go" to gain access to your account. Look at the date of the permission. I'll bet it is later than the date you started playing Pokemon Go, because it's the permission for IVFLY (or its predecessor, IVSTATS). Pokemon Go (the game) does not need access to your Google account, only your e-mail address. My permissions list does not include "Pokemon Go," and I have no problem loading the game. You should delete that permission ASAP.
