Where can I find an accurate evolution calculator?

I've looked at 5 different calculators and all of them give different results.

I've found PokeGenie app meets my accuracy needs

I use the pokeassistant IV calculator - it tells you the full stats (including HP & CP) of all evolved forms as well as the IV's of your mon.

It's not accurate. A 100% level 30 Dratini has 737 CP and evolves into 3102 CP Dragonite, but the calculator says it will evolve into 3070 CP Dragonite.

Strange - it's always worked out correctly for my power-ups to level 30 etc.

I was mis informed by someone else's screenshot. 3070 CP for 100% level 30 Dragonite is correct.
