Good start for summer?
Morning see A Dratini (too greedy, used pinberry, bad idea, run away on 1st yellow ball), then after lunch saw a Chansey in some distance, no time to walk to parking garage to drive to there and then come back to meeting that will start in 15 minutes. Then after work I try to go thru those routes, out of nowhere, popped out a Lapras, cp1954, I have to use rasperry and ultraball caught it with just one throw, low iv though. Seeing 3 rares in 1 day not happening that often!

Last week I had the dratini-dragonair-dragonite cycle.
I saw in the wild and caught all three on the same day!
On my bicycle commute to work, I'll see a dratini daily and have been seeing a dragonair about once a week, but I had not seen a dragonite for months. It has been so long that the last dragonite that I caught in the wild was really really far back. This one was so close, I over threw it a few times.
So yes, a nice start to summer!
We are in a building, that "distance" gym is about 0.4 mile from the building, one of the closer pokestops around the building, parking garage is 0.5 mile away from the building in the opposite direction, plus the elevator time. If it is the early lunch time, I can either walk or drive there, but it is the end of lunch hour already... I sometimes use poke huntr to locate 7-9 level gyms to assign mons, but donot know any good mon scanner yet.
