Arcanine
Hi guys! Now I got my first Arcanine, it has 15/15/12 IVs and a perfect move set for attack, but i read that it has too weak defence so i'm not sure if it's worth powering up or not, 12 def points isn't too bad, but not perfect and of course I'm in a lack of dust...

The difference between 192 and 195 defence is ~1.5%. It's not going to make a difference in majority of gym fights.
Base stats are way more important (which Arcanine has a high amount of), as well as good moveset (which you also have) compared to IVs.

I would power him up.
In this context "Arcanine has too weak defence" means that Arcanine is a pretty terrible option to put in your team's Gym to defend it. Any attacker is going to have a good Vaporeon who will just wreck him.
On the flip side, when you are attacking another team's Gym, that Arcanine will be incredibly useful. Of all of the top tier defenders, he's got good to excellent matchups against all of them except Dragonite.
As others have said, Arcanine is bad on defense because he is a Fire type, not because of anything else.
A good offensive moveset is all you care about, and you got it. Power him up, it's definitely worthwhile. He'll be one of the best attackers in to each of the strongest defenders (Lapras and Snorlax) and if you are in a pinch his insanely high CP will grab you a high spot in a gym (just be aware that he won't deter any attackers - he's only useful for placing high enough that people won't get to him). He has the 3rd highest potential CP in the game after Dragonite and Snorlax.
Lotta people on here talk like theyr gonna power up a whole bunch of pokemon to max. Well Im halfway to 34 and Im telling you its not possible and that 500K stardust can be used in a blink.
I honestly have about 5 that Im working on maxing. So whatever you decide you will need to be very selective on what you build. I have a 91% iv 2717 cp Arcanine with FF/FB that I use constantly. I have a spoofer where I live so the Arcanine allows me to be much more efficient with my daily takedowns. The next power up to level 35 from 34.5 is 7K stardust and 8 candies.
So to the people saying arcanine is bad on defense because of vaporeon. Exeggutor is bad on defense because of arcanine? Vaporeon is bad on defense because of Exeggutor?
I don't get it...everything but snorlax has a counter. Why is arcanine universally hated on defense, especially when so many use Exeggutor?
I believe it's because of all the high tier attackers, Vaporeon is most likely the most common, at least everywhere here in California.
The fact that it only takes 25 candies to evolve Eevee means plenty of people probably have a handful of vapes in their collection.
Not that Arcanine is hated, but the OP specifically mentioned defense. Just advising him that Arcanine wasn't designed for defense and that it's worth powering up for attack purposes.
Definitely more suitable for offense. Just thinking it's past the vaporeon days, now everyone has everything for the most part ya know?
For instance people don't say vaporeon is a bad defender, yet Exeggutor is a common top tier attacker that everyone has that tears through a Vape just as a Vape does to arcanine.
