GPS Drift
My work office is on a river. Several times a day, the GPS drift puts me across the river right on top of a gym. I usually have enough time to take it half way down, sometimes all the way down, before the GPS puts me back where I belong. Can you get banned for GPS drifting? I know exactly what it would look like to another player sitting at the gym watching me take it out.
It's a very active Valor gym and I just like knocking it down to nothing (or lvl 1 if the top is Blissey or Snorlax). Mostly don't even put any defender in. I just like fighting the good fight as the Instinct underdog I am.

I know they say they do something about spoofers. But there are SOOOOO many here in Denver that I just don't believe it.
Most gyms are held by them around here especially downtown. So if I was OP i wouldn't give a shit and just keep doing what I am doing b/c Niantic sucks at this shit.
Haven't fought a gym in weeks as as soon as I bring one a couple levels down, no one is around but magically it goes up in levels. Or a good example is I live about 4 miles away from downtown and the 2 near my home are now ALWAYS yellow level 10 with NO ONE EVER FIGHTING NEAR THEM. Just going to fill pokedex now and give up on fighting until they fix it.
