Why is pokemon go not available in some countries?
Its been almost a year since release and pokemon go is not available in some countries.
(which means u cant download the game from play store, you have to download an APK if you want to play)
Why is it not available for everyone?
Edit: And yea is it banable to play in those counties?
What do u guys think about this?

There is no single answer that will fit for every country it is not avaialble in. Each country would have it's own reasons for it not being available.
I can't imagine that it i 'bannable' to play in a country that doesn't have it, but I suspect it would make it difficult to find a stop or mon if the game is not running there.
There are pokestops and gyms. Also ingress is available here. There is a gym next to my home too.
Its just the game i cant download. There is no goverment stuff going on with pokemon go too.
Pokemon go is available in 20k population regions while this is 80m populated country. There are a lot of people playin pogo. Its just the game i cant download from where i should be. I wonder if they go and ban me for it after months of grind.
I would not expect them to ban you for it. There is nothing in the ToS about it.
I would imagine, without knowing the country we are talking about, that tourists may well have visited that have played PoGo there too - and I can't imagine Niantic would want to ban tourists for playing the game in a country they visit.
Alternatively, you could download it in another country, as a tourist, and then take it home to play.
I can not guarantee it, but I would expect that you won't be banned for playing it.
