What is enough

What would be a decent cp difference in order for a jolteon to finish multiple gyarados or Gary ( jolteon with best att move )
And for machamp to finish blisses ( moves is C/cc)
More is better for sure , but some time it is not attainable ( lower level or resources )soI need the economical number , thanks in advance

Stats don't change the more you level up only hp, if you stop getting +1 health it's not powering up

Not exactly my question , let me rephrase it
Let's say a 3000 blessy in a gym , what is the machamp cp that would take her out on his own , some time you shouldn't fight a fight you can't win specially with potions soooo rare

Level 30 Machamp with C/DP takes out a 3000 CP Blissey pretty fast and still have decent amount of HP left. I never used a Machamp C/CC but I assume it will do fine just not as good as C/DP
