Poliwrath Question

Just got done evolving a level 24 Poliwrath with 78 IV, 15 atk, 15 def and 5 Stamina. I lucked out and got RS/DP as the moveset. Is he worth powering up to take on the likes of Blissey. I'm a level 34 trainer and his max CP would be 2174 for my level. I have two Machamps which I use very frequently but I'm in need of another fighting type and Poliwag candy is easy to come by where I live.

It would serve on 2500ish Blisseys maybe a little better I think. He would wreck a 3K+ Tyranitar with ease though.

Thank you. I guess I should've just asked that question. Which mon is double fighting Poli best to take down.

I could be wrong but I think Poliwrath doesn't have enough damage to kill high level Blisseys in time.

It's still great against Snorlax and Tyranitar though.

I have a 91% (11/15/15) (currently 1380 CP lvl 20) version of the same thing and wondering what to do with him. He dies kinda fast when I practice with him against enemy Blisseys but have been wondering if he would do better if I power him up.
