It is an endless grind but just to keep you busy how about aiming for

6x 100%+ Dragonites with all available movesets, male and female

Outside of the game, I mean it's up to you right but if you are bored with your million(s), do something for others... help out at a charity, raise orphans and give to the homeless and destitute.

Make the CP of all your mons prime numbers - by powering up or transferring any that aren't and refilling your ranks as necessary with others that are.

You might get really good at recognizing prime numbers. That probably isn't a useful skill to have in real life, but neither is throwing a Pokeball curveball...

Or, yeah, as others have said: the best thing to do when you find an activity boring might not be to look for ways to keep doing it that somehow make it less boring - but to do that activity less / find another activity.

1st day - take down only lvl 10 gyms
2nd day - only prestige your team gyms
3rd day - 1 day only with mons with max lvl under 2k
4th day - 2 day only with mons of one type (depends on your team, fire, water or electric)
5th day - throw only 1 normal ball at a pokemon; see how many you catch
6th day - gym raids with other lower level team mates?
7th day - just do the daily catch and collect
add see if you enjoy this type of "specialised" days
