Can I get a Lapras off the 2k eggs I got during event?

This might have been asked before but I looked a bit a found nothing. If I got a 2k during the event, but hatch it after, could it still have a 2k pokemon exclusive the event? Does the pokemon get decided when you get the egg or when it hatches?

Yes.

There are no eggs drawn from pokestops. Only Pokémon. Tomorrow or a year from now it never changes.

my area never appears lapras, never come in 10km and now no lapras in 2km yet

The pokemon inside the egg and its moves are determined the moment you picked up the egg. It does not matter when you hatch it.

I still have a full batch left of 2K eggs. I will be hatching them in my regular orange incubator now. Hopefully we will be back to getting 5 and 10 K eggs again. They diappeared during the event.
