Snorlax Lick/BS but 7 attack IV
Hello. I caught in the wild a Snorlax level 18, 1535 cp Lick/BS, with 82.2% perfect IVs (att 7/ def 15/ hp 15). All my wild Snorlaxes came with terrible ivs, this was the first "good" one. The problem is that his attack IV is only 7 and he will be used only for attack. Are this 7 of attack IV good enough to start powering him till level 30?. I am a fan of offensive Snorlaxes, Lick have a very quick cooldown and this helps to dodge more efficiently besides BS matches very well cuz its fast too. Thanks.

Go for it! I have lick/BS and BS does so well because you can dodge immediately after using it to avoid the next attack. It's very efficient as well since you can use BS often and don't waste any energy unlike with hyperbeam (which I also use) where you would have to time it just after the defender uses it's special move.
I am farming Snorlax candies with buddy cuz i hatched and powered other 93.3% defensive one till level 31.5 (have 17 already, need 76 but with 28 i will spend to turn 2000+), and when i got enough to power this one to level 30 i guess i will do it!. My only concern is that he is for offense and have only 47% (7/15) of attack IV. On the other hand he got 15 def and 15 hp, would be great for defense. Really confused.
While it wouldn't be my first priority to power up, a Snorlax is still a Snorlax, and even a bad Snorlax is stronger almost all other Pokemon. I recently caught a Snorlax with <30% !V (CP1858, ZH/BS), and while I've been prioritizing my other two (both hatched) for the limited candy I currently have, I intend to eventually power it up.
If it's level were <5, perhaps even <10, I might consider trading it in for the one candy, but not level 18.
