Best water prestiger
What is the best water prestiger?
I m thinking between lapras, vaporeon and blastoise... All with wg/hp
And the winner I suppose is.... Lapras?? Because low ATK (low CP) and very high stamina?

If prestiging against fire types I'd rank Omastar and Kingdra higher since they have double resistance to fire moves.
I'd probably still put Vaporeon over Lapras, but they'd be very close. A Vaporeon with similar CP to a Lapras will be a lower level, and therefore have slightly lower stamina, but has resistance to fire to make up for it, plus is much easier to acquire and power up, and is guaranteed a double water moveset.
But if you already have a double water moveset Lapras it'll still perform probably just as well, or at least close enough.
Forgot about Lanturn. Better against Fire types than Lapras, worse against ground types, but against ground types I'd just use Vaporeon, since some have rock type moves that are SE to Lapras.
yes, appears that around same CP, at least before gen 2:
1100-1200 - wartortle >= blasto >= vape
1500 - blastoise >= vape
= means here marginally better
Lapras did not had water moves back then.
Don't know if wg slight nerf and HP buff changed something in the calculation (like Vape benefiting from more HP to gain energy for a 2nd HP maybe).
