Blissey conundrum.

I realize the only person who can truly answer this is myself, but would like some input. I've walked Chansey since gen 2 came out and with a few hatches am now sitting on 229 candies and am more than ready to evolve and power up my second Blissey.

Now the problem, I've been extremely patient hoping to get a better evolve candidate, my best candidate is an 82 IV, Lvl 20, 86% CP perfection Chansey. I'll at least wait until the 10k I got during event hatches with fingers crossed. Evolve it or not?

Decent 13/14/10

Will make a nice Blissey.

Thanks, I'll at least wait the next 3.5km until this 10k I picked up during event hatches since chances are better than ever that it's a Chansey, but it's starting to feel like I'll never get a better one and my other has been overlooking the beach in Florida for over a month and would like to annoy the local folk.

Evolve now and you will get double XP gained.

Hah! After 350 km and a couple months the last thing I care about is a little extra XP.

I just got my first Blissey to 3k+ cp and completely regret not waiting for a better IV and moveset. Definitely go with the 86% one and if he gets psychic, you'll have enough candies to try again.

Psychic wouldn't be a deal breaker for me, although not currently optimal we've learned that in an instant that can always change, plus it's currently tough to dodge.
