Machamp choices ..... choices
i guess every one is suffering to get the elusive C / DP
blissey killer but as always my luck is not the best with the RNG so after 8 evolution, i have this to show for and would like advise one which to power and untill when i am almost level 30
cp 1888 iv69 lvl 24 14 hp 6 att 12 def Counter / Close combat
CP 1312 iv53 lvl 17 7 hp 8 att 9 def karate chop / cross chop ( legacy move )
the clear answer is to use the lvl 24 once , but it doesnt do that good against 2700 + blissy or snorlax so i feel powering up can help
if the lvl 17 can be used as well would be great
so if you can advise me on what do ( power up both , power up some , or still try for the c/dp even the odds is not good at all ) i have candy and machamp candy is not that rare around here , and i can spare dust as machamp is vital for my squad

it can take out 3/4 of the blessy hp and have to use dragonite to finish and i would like to avoid that and just finish with one machamp , , plus some time it is multiple blessies then i am in a pickle and cant do much

C/CC does the job. It's slightly behind C/DP in real-world play, but not appreciably. I was fighting a 3200 Body Slam Snorlax last night with my 2600 C/CC Machamp, and it could get off CC in-between BS and the quick move and still dodge, so it's a little more nimble than DP. Snorlax was toast and I still had a bunch of health left.
I got a lvl 25 80% or so IV C/CC Machamp and just left it there...No need to really power up further.
No luck after another evolve (BP/DP) so I am waiting for possible move rerolls instead of using my last candies.
With the dodge bug also, it's very hard for Machamp to clear out super high CP Blisseys anyways so I don't think you need to power yours up too much assuming you can use another mon to help clear it...
I like using my Con/SB Exeggutor since I just spam away and he can go 1-on-1 with 3000CP Blisseys and just dodge the charge move...Dazzling Gleam is slow so it's easy to dodge if you are paying attention, even with Confusion.
Eggs can theoretically solo a level 40 Blissey too in 78 secs...(links not working).
More common is the level 30 battle in 63 seconds with health to spare.
Also starting to use a PC/FB Alakazam since they still dish out very high damage before fainting and it takes 1 revive and 2 purple potions to pretty much fully heal them (not running out of revives currently).
Let me chime in for the KC/CC. I have one at 82 IV and level 30. It is good, but obviously C/DP is better. however, KC/CC is a dodge and energy generation monster and is even more nimble than C/Close combat.
If you do not wish to re-roll another machamp due to really bad luck you might as well just power the KC/CC. However, it is a considerable investment and at the current CP it is actually ideal for prestiging.
You've got a 2/6 (1/3) chance of rolling better than KC/CC (I don't count BP/DP as better than KC/CC even if the ratings say so).
