B moveset for Flareon

How much candy/dust do you have? If you have plenty, I'd say wait for a better IV and Fire Spin / Overheat Flareon. You could use that one as a Prestiger.

Keep saving!! EVEE is so common that you should have no problem finding another. I tried many times to get the right moveset and it pays off! With this moveset I can melt away snorlax and even blissy. I do find that overheat takes such a long time to cast so be careful but once you get the timing down he's your favorite fire friend

Anything with Fire Blast is now not worth it.

I have run a couple of simulations. Overheat is a bit faster in Blissey matchup, something like 76 to 73 seconds.

As the chances to get the FS/OH moveset is 1 in 18 and you will need approx 5 to 40 tries with good eevees, i would consider to take the flareon you have to level 30 and use it until you get the perfect moveset.
