Is ZH/P on Blissey worth powering up?

Absolutely. She's basically as good as a perfect Blissey. Don't worry about the moveset.

That damn Blissey is a pain in the neck to defeat :D And HP IV is exactly what she needs the least.

Of course... With Blissey, moveset isn't that important... it is the best defender even with the worse moveset.

Heck, yes! Especially with 15 attack and defense, that Blissey is near perfect!
