Should i power up this tyranitar??

Tyranitar : CP359, IV40, B/SE
I have 21 candies and I already have a tyranitar with CP3176, IV93, B/SE.

Lol nah man pump all those precious candies into the 90+IV one. If you want a B/SE prestiger just evolve a Nidoqueen w/that move set.

Are you crazy? Save your candies for your 93% IV one and max it out.

If you want a rock attacker, Rhydon is easier to get.

If you want a defender, the 93% IV one will be better, since both have a bad moveset on gym defense.

Forget about the 40% IV one, but use it as your buddy to power up the 93% IV one.

You can power that a little bit and prestige with it if you want
