My 100 IV evos...
100 Magikarp became Bite/Dragon Pulse
100 Charmander became Ember/Flamethrower
100 Jiggly came with Feint Attack/HB
100 Skamory came with Steel Wing/Brave Bird
100 Krabby became mud shot/vice grip
and now...100 Chansey comes with ZH and PSYCHIC!!!!!!
But you're thinking, wait, you have 6 100 IV mons. Surely you must score a best moveset in 1/6.
Yes I did.
I scored it in the form of a 100 IV Steel Wing/Drill Run Fearow at level 1, 25 CP. Which isn't even the best moveset now.

i wouldn't complain about your blissey.
the difference between this and DG isn't that great in real life and i think you'll find plenty of takers here if trading becomes a thing.
It's frustrating I know we have all fallen victim of RNGeesus i have a perfect magby and a perfect Dratini and i am not sure if i will ever evolve them out of fear.

Just happened to me today on a 100% Ampharos. Got CB/FB. It's happened on a few others in the past. Only one 100%'er worked out for me so far. Jolteon w/ TS/TB. btw, imo Dazzling Gleam is far and away the best move for Blissey. The other 2 are much easier to dodge and DG fires so often it makes it hard not to time out. A lot of 2800+ Blisseys in my area, so I encounter them a lot.
Having 100% IV is great for defenders that need a high CP. However, for weak defenders whose main purpose is a high CP, moveset doesn't really matter. Other IV combinations besides 100% are more ideal for prestigers, like Jigglypuff and Skarmory. And IV doesn't matter for things that won't see gym time. So if it were me, the only one that would bother me is the Blissey. However, I'd still power it up.
quite normal but always hard. i have few 100% one is gyarados with bite/twister other is eggxecutor with psychic and seed bomb. other is arbok with something and shot somethi g and last is poliwrath with some csuper bad moveset so i dont even rememver? i think best of them would be atbok if his cp would be any good in game. except poliwrath i max cp all of them and wait for time when skills can be changed:) and gyarados even with twoater still have high cp so as gym holdrr i dont care what he attack with
