Event: Double Candies on Catching Pokemon

Anyone getting double candies on catching Pokemon or 5 candies? I caught an Xatu twice now and got 5 candies from it.

What other Pokemon are they giving this to?

Xatu is evolved so you should get 5 candy

okay cool. Must be all last level evolved because I caught other evolved Pokemon in the second stage and got 3 candies.

No, it's anything that's been evolved once. This is only true since second generation was released.

Cmon man...this has been a thing since Gen 2 Dropped.

You get increased candy rewards for catching evolved pokemon.

This event doesnt not do anything to catching candy rewards..its all hatching related

1st evolution default 3 candy (6 with Pinap)
2nd evolution 5 Candy (10 with Pinap)
3rd evolution 10 candu (20 with Pinap and the risk!)

I think those are the amounts anyway...off the top of my head

I have been receiving one candy every time I evolve a mon. Not sure if this is standard.

Receiving one candy for evolving a mon? Um... I will evolve some tonight to check. Must be new or you've been smoking too much maryjane
