What's up with egg ivs?

Was hatching some low eggs and getting my 10 kilometer eggs ready to hatch for the event. As I was clearing 2kms I got my first 100% in Pokémon (igglybuff) followed by a 14/14/14 bulba and 93% percent oddish. I've never gotten this lucky. The rest of the pokes were above 82.2 percent which is still good for me.
