Why doesn't porygon2 have moveset grades?

Grass HP + Solar also makes him a fun "trap" defender. People can't possibly know he has that moveset, and both Vape and Rhydon/Golem are therefore pretty likely picks for the casual attacker. HP ice is cool for this as well (dnite), as well as fighting (ttar).

As I love "fun" defenders I would've been overjoyed if i rolled your moveset.

I think that is only true if you get normal type. I have Charge Beam/HB and it works well. Charge Beam lives up to its name with a super high EPS.

Mine came with electric hidden power and zap cannon. I usually use him for attacking vaporeon and gyarados
