The Easter event

Is there any word on the event ,is it official or still unconfirmed , also what time exactly GMT would be appreciated, I get really confused with the usa timing

Basically it says there's gonna be a double xp event and better hatch rates for rare pokemon, this however is still unconfirmed.

How can you confuse time zones? Its not hard to place an additional clock in a separate timezone on your mobile device IOS or Android. Its built into the mobile device. On IOS its as easy as hitting Clock then world clock and adding UTC, and PST and it will always tell you the time difference, similar steps on Android based on device manufacturer.
