Perfect IV Golem with MS/RB worth powering?

Evolved my 3rd perfect hatched mon ever, got this from it. Has anyone some experience with fighting this thing? I was a bit disappointed, because I was hoping for double rock to really exploit the DNite and Gary weakness, but I am fine with that set, because it is not Earthquake. I want to use it solely as a defender, although the max CP of 2770 for my level are kind of lowish in my area. RB looks like it is kinda spammy and hard to dodge with only ~2sec duration, but I unfortunately never had a chance to fight against a fully powered up version. I'm kinda low on dust, but have several maxed out Vapes and some more 3k defenders, so there is no need to invest in another high CP beast.
